MN: Pioli to rely on familiar trident plus Kalulu in Étoile du Sahel friendly

AC Milan will face off against Tunisian champions Étoile du Sahel in a friendly at Milanello tomorrow evening, and some team news has emerged.

The preseason game will take place at Milanello at 18:00 CEST and will be behind closed doors, thus meaning it will be played without television coverage for the Italian territory.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, coach Stefano Pioli should use Pierre Kalulu as the right-back again over Alessandro Florenzi, given Davide Calabria only returned to training earlier this week.

Up front, Pioli should keep his faith in the attacking trident consisting of Christian Pulisic on the right wing, Olivier Giroud as the centre-forward and Rafael Leao on the left side.

The likes of Samuel Chukwueze, Yunus Musah and Noah Okafor are expected to be given minutes off the bench to further improve their condition ahead of the Serie A opener in 10 days.
