MN: Probable Milan XI to face Dinamo Zagreb – Rebic and Leao both to start

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has just two doubts to resolve with his starting line-up to face Dinamo Zagreb mostly set in stone now.

MilanNews reports that Maignan, Calabria, Florenzi, Saelemaekers and Dest will all be unavailable for the game due to injury, while Thiaw, Adli, Vranckx, Ibrahimovic and Bakayoko were all not included in the UEFA squad list, and finally Tomori is suspended after he saw red against Chelsea.

In defence, it should therefore be a back four of Kalulu, Kjaer, Gabbia and Theo Hernandez ahead of Tatarusanu in goal, with a double pivot of Tonali and Bennacer ahead of them.

Giroud and Leao should return to their respective positions, with Krunic currently ahead of De Ketelaere in the battle to be the central attacking midfielder and Rebic the favourite over Messias for the right flank. Brahim Diaz should at least be on the bench.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Kalulu, Kjaer, Gabbia, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Rebic, Krunic, Leao; Giroud.

Suspended: Tomori
Unavailable: Maignan, Calabria, Florenzi, Saelemaekers, Dest, Thiaw, Adli, Vranckx, Ibrahimovic, Bakayoko.
