MN: Probable Milan XI to face Fiorentina – Pioli will make key decision on day of game

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has had to change his plans late for tomorrow’s game against Fiorentina, according to a report.

MilanNews writes that Ante Rebic’s injury has changed Pioli’s plans on the management of Rafael Leao because the Portuguese winger would have been rested tomorrow, but the flexor problem the Crotian has sustained in today’s training means Leao will join Brahim Diaz and Alexis Saelemaekers in the trident behind either Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

A decision on whether the Frenchman or the Swede will start tomorrow should only come after tomorrow morning’s final training session. In midfield though it seems Sandro Tonali and Franck Kessie will be the double pivot, with Ismael Bennacer on the bench.

In defender it should be Pierre Kalulu on the right and Theo Hernandez on the left with the pairing of Fikayo Tomori and Alessio Romagnoli.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Kalulu, Tomori, Romagnoli, Theo; Tonali, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Brahim, Leao; Giroud/Ibrahimovic.
