According to what is being reported by O Jogo (via Calciomercato.com), Arsenal want Benfica’s defensive midfielder Florentino Luis this summer. The 23-year-old player is being watched by the Gunners, with Milan and Napoli also keen.

As it stands, the Portuguese club will not accept any lower sum than the player’s €120m release clause and the sale of Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea shows that they drive a hard bargain, but of course this could alter.

Florentino has been compared to N’Golo Kante and seems to be yet another jewel from the esteemed Benfica academy. Known for players such as Angel Di Maria, Eusebio and Joao Felix, he is the latest breakout star who could go on to make them a big profit in the future especially if one of the aforementioned clubs comes forward.
