Official: Milan XI to face Novara – four new signings start from minute one

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has named a heavily rotated side to play against Novara in this morning’s friendly match at Milanello.

The Rossoneri played against ES Sahel at the training ground yesterday, winning 4-0 thanks to a hat-trick from Ruben Loftus-Cheek and a penalty from Olivier Giroud, but they are back in action again today.

Antonio Mirante has been named in the starting line-up in goal, with captain Davide Calabria – who returns from injury – joined by Simon Kjaer, Davide Bartesaghi and Alessandro Florenzi.

The midfield trio will be formed of Yacine Adli, Tommaso Pobega and Yunus Musah, with the former the regista we presume given he has played there before.

Samuel Chukwueze gets the nod on the right wing with Luka Romero on the left and Noah Okafor down the middle completing an attacking trident with all new signings.
