AC Milan are expected to tie up their first signing of the summer transfer window in the coming weeks as Divock Origi is close to joining, a report claims.
According to what is being reported by MilanNews, it is certain that Milan are strongly interested in signing the Belgian whose contract at Liverpool is due to expire with in June of this year. He is an opportunity to be seized in a short time, and that is why Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara intend to seal an agreement as quickly as possible.
The report adds that both the parties are confident of reaching an agreement, and the player would gladly join the Rossoneri as he feels his time with Liverpool has come to a natural end having spent over half a decade there.
The handshake could arrive on the basis of a four-year contract at €3.5-4m net per year, with more news expected in the coming days.
