Botman appears to be their primary target but little progress has been made in the last few weeks. Put shortly, they are discussing whether to start the signing and sales campaign on July 1st or earlier for accounting reasons.
In addition to this, as the journalist continues, Paris Saint-Germain (possible contenders) and Newcastle could make life too difficult for Milan.
