Tuttosport: Pioli considering making three changes to the starting XI for Bologna game

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli could make several changes to his starting line-up for the game against Bologna compared to the team that drew with Udinese, a report claims.

Pioli decided to put faith in Ante Rebic and Brahim Diaz in the centre-forward and playmaker roles after their promising season debut in the 4-2 win over Udinese in which they combined for four goal contributions.

However, the attack never really clicked against Atalanta on Sunday night and it took an Ismael Bennacer strike to earn a draw in Bergamo.

As reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri will return to train at Milanello today after a rest day yesterday to prepare for Saturday night’s match against Bologna.

There are three possible line-up changes pondered by Pioli as Charles De Ketelaere, Olivier Giroud and Alexis Saelemaekers are candidates for a starting shirt in place of Brahim Diaz, Rebic and Messias.

Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) are also reporting that De Ketelaere – the big money summer signing from Club Brugge – is likely to make his first start against the Rossoblu.
