Jacobs: Milan, Leeds and Napoli keen on Wolves winger with unclear future

AC Milan are one of the teams looking into a potential deal for winger Adama Traore who could leave Wolves at the end of the season.

According to what is being reported by Ben Jacobs in his CaughtOffside Daily Briefing on SubStack, Traore will become a free agent once the season ends as things stand and he has drawn attention from a number of clubs.

Leeds United could present him with an option to stay in the Premier League, while Atalanta, Milan and even Serie A champions Napoli are interested in signing the Spaniard.

Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui has made no secret he wants Traore to stay, but previous negotiations have not led to clarity over his future suggesting that an exit cannot be ruled out, at which point the interested clubs could pounce.

Romano adds that Wolves ‘are going to look pretty different next season’ with several familiar faces and senior players departing, suggesting they too might let the 27-year-old go.

He has 3 goals and 2 assists in 39 games this season across all competitions, which is not a particularly impressive return it must be said.
