Sky: Bremer hypothesis gaining steam as Newcastle continue €50m+ push for Botman

AC Milan now seem to consider Gleison Bremer as the most plausible option to reinforce their defence, according to a report.

Sky Italia (via MilanNews) reported last night that Newcastle United have seemingly entered pole position for Botman as they are ready to offer a whopping €50-55m. Obviously, this is too much for Milan.

According to reports from Sky (via MilanNews), the Bremer track is currently the most viable for Milan, even if Botman’s name is the one that has been strongest linked over the past few months.

The Lille central defender is the subject of strong pressing from Newcastle United as mentioned above which means that the Ligue 1 club are looking to recoup the higher amount offered for the Dutchman, and the competition has raised the chances of Milan signing the Brazilian.

Bremer is still young profile (25) who already knows Serie A, and he is certainly cheaper deal than Botman as things stand at the moment.
