After a lot of uncertainty in the last few weeks, Paolo Maldini is now just one step away from renewing his contract with AC Milan. In fact, he’s currently at Casa Milan along with his lawyers.
The renewal saga for Maldini and Ricky Massara has been going on for quite some time now and hasn’t exactly put Milan in the best of spotlights. Fortunately, though, we are nearing a conclusion as an agreement has seemingly been reached.
According to Sky Italia (via FraNasato), Maldini is still at Casa Milan and he’s there with his lawyers. In other words, they are discussing the renewal and the signature should arrive very soon, by the looks of it all.
We can only hope that Milan get it over the line this time. Even though no one has really believed an exit is possible, it’s still nice to get the renewals done so that the duo can start working on the mercato.
