According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio and Luca Marchetti on Sky (via MilanNews), if Milan beat Rio Ave in the Europa League Play-Off and thus reach the group stage, the Rossoneri could make an extra effort to sign Takehiro Tomiyasu.
They could make a fresh bid to try and satisfy the requests of Bologna, which are currently €25m. As for a possible midfielder arrive, at the moment there is no particularly hot track, not even Bakayoko who could also become an opportunity for Napoli.
Marchetti adds that if the €15m that the group stages brings is secured, then the investment for the defender will be easier. Tomiyasu is on poll, but beware of possible surprises: both young players and potential opportunity on loan as an opportunities that only come around late in the market.
