AC Milan’s 2023 summer transfer window seems to always be moving and an offer has been sent for Samuel Chukwueze, a report claims.

According to the latest from Sky, one of the main priorities for the Milan management this summer is to address the right wing position and they believe that Chukwueze has the perfect characteristics to do so.
The Rossoneri have already reached a contractual agreement with the Nigeria international – whose contract expires in June 2024 – and in the last few hours they have presented an offer to Villarreal who have not given an answer yet.
The eventual arrival of Chukwueze – a non-EU player – would exclude the possibility of signing Daichi Kamada on a free transfer given that he does not have an EU passport either.
Milan are only allowed to sign two non-EU players in the same summer, regardless of potential exits, and thus Kamada would have to find another club.
