AC Milan are interested in signing Norwich City defender Andrew Omobamidele who could be sold in the summer, a report claims.

According to what is being reported by The Telegraph, Norwich are considering selling the Republic of Ireland international Omobamidele to raise funds so they can revolutionise their squad in the summer window.

Norwich are planning for another season in the Championship after they had their play-off hopes ended last weekend, and it is possible that they could lose some of their best players as a result.

Omobamidele is attracting the interest of Milan and OGC Nice ahead of the summer is valued at around £20m by Norwich, which is around €22.7m with the current conversion.

Milan do have Pierre Kalulu, Fikayo Tomori, Malick Thiaw, Simon Kjaer and Matteo Gabbia as centre-back options at present, but it is possible that they could invest in a defender if there is a departure.
