GdS: The three positions Milan must address in the summer and the major target

There are three areas that the AC Milan management are looking at as they prepare to strengthen the squad ahead of next season, a report claims.

The 2022 summer transfer window continues to come under fire as so far only Malick Thiaw has really made a consistent contribution while the likes of Charles De Ketelaere, Sergino Dest, Aster Vranckx and Divock Origi continue to struggle for form and/or playing time.

That means the upcoming summer is crucial and according to what is being reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan’s budget will depend largely on whether qualification for the next edition of the Champions League is secured, while reaching the quarter-finals this season would help.

Either way, the team has at least three clear needs: a new centre-forward, a new right winger and a central midfielder. In terms of reinforcing the attack, the name that intrigues the most is Noah Okafor of Red Bull Salzburg (10 goals in 27 games this season) as per the paper.
