Last season was a tough one for Milan especially defensively, failing to live up to the standard set during the Scudetto campaign. However, the Rossoneri have somewhat found their way back, even if recent injuries haven’t helped the situation.
Tomori has been the best defender so far and Milan are relying on him to lead the defence, no matter who’s beside him. According to TuttoMercatoWeb, the latest success hasn’t gone unnoticed as ‘many’ Premier League clubs are ready to make a move in the summer.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd and Tottenham were mentioned in the report and this is a testament to Tomori’s strong season so far. He has a contract until 2027, though, and Milan have intention of letting him go.
Tomori himself is very happy with the club and owes a great deal of gratitude to the Rossoneri, who signed him when he was an outcast at Chelsea.
