TMW: Milan want €5m as defensive outcast says yes to Galatasaray move

Fode Ballo-Toure could leave AC Milan this summer in order to get more playing time ahead of the World Cup. Galatasaray are interested and have accelerated their pursuit, a report claims.

The left-back joined Milan last summer and it was made clear from the start that he would be the backup for Theo Hernandez. In spite of this, he perhaps got less playing time than people expected, which had to do with his poor performances.

With the World Cup coming up, the Senegalese international wants more playing time and he has thus said yes to joining Galatasaray, according to TMW. Milan have slapped a €5m price tag on Ballo-Toure, which is €800k more than they paid for him.

The negotiations between the clubs are continuing and the feeling is that an agreement will be reached soon, given the ‘yes’ of the player. It remains to be seen if Milan will replace Ballo-Toure with anyone.
