TMW: Milan enquire about young Wolves striker after 16-goal season

AC Milan are looking for a striker on the market and Chief Scout Geoffrey Moncada is currently working at full speed on the matter. The latest name on the list is Wolves striker Fabio Silva, a report claims.

It’s not exactly a secret that the Rosoneri are looking to bring in Marcus Thuram on a free transfer, but the negotiations are difficult with fierce competition. In the meantime, Moncada is also focusing on names for the future.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Milan have identified Wolves striker Fabio Silva as one of them and have even enquired about the player. This past season, the 20-year-old was on loan at Anderlecht and PSV Eindhoven, scoring 16 goals in total.

However, Roma and Sevilla are also keeping tabs on the youngster, who joined Wolves from Porto back in 2020. They paid a whopping €40m for his services and thus Silva will not be cheap, in the event of a sale, but a loan could perhaps be possible.
