When Fikayo Tomori arrived on an initial loan deal from Chelsea having struggled for playing time under Frank Lampard, very few fans and pundit were been expecting this much of an impact as the Englishman is now into his second season at the club.
According to the well-known transfer source Transfermarkt (via MilanNews), Tomori’s value has gone up by €25m since his arrival with the Rossoneri from an initial €20m to a current value of €45m thanks to his amazing performances at the heart of the defence.
He is a modern technical, solid and fast defender, who is intelligent in his readings and clean in his interventions. For Chelsea and their supporters it must feel like a regret to have let a gem leave, and it has certainly been to Milan’s gain.
