Tuttosport: Milan identify €40m man as solution for playmaker and right wing holes

AC Milan have identified Charles De Ketelaere as the man they believe can fill two holes in the current squad, according to a report.

According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri management know that upgrades are needed in the attacking department and in particular the playmaker and right wing roles given the struggles of Brahim Diaz, Alexis Saelemaekers and Junior Messias in achieving consistency.

The scouting department have picked out Charles De Ketelaere as the man who could potentially play in both of those roles, after a season in which he amassed 18 goals and 10 assists in 49 appearances across all competitions.

He is regarded as a top talent but Club Brugge are well aware of what they have on their hands, which is why the 21-year-old is valued at around €40. If RedBird Capital buy the club soon and raise the budget for the market, he could be a name to watch out for.
