The Belgian midfielder was one of two deadline day signings alongside Sergino Dest who joined from FC Barcelona, as Vranckx arrives to shore up the midfield department after Franck Kessie’s exit.
Vranckx gave an interview to Milan TV during which he spoke about his arrival at the club and as part of that he revealed that another summer signing in De Ketelaere helped convince him.
“I think it’s nice that there are so many Belgian players. I know Saelemaekers and Origi, but not as much as De Ketelaere. Charles told me this is a great club, the players and the environment are good: so I immediately felt good when I arrived,” he said (via MilanNews).
