The Portuguese forward is a major fitness doubt for the Champions League semi-final after he suffered an abductor injury during the 2-0 win against Lazio.
Leao is said to be undergoing special training at Milanello on Wednesday morning before a final decision is taken on whether he can play in the first leg at San Siro.
