AC Milan are close to completing their sixth summer signings as the Rossoneri are down to the final details in their attempts to capture Andrea Conti.
There were widespread reports surrounding the 23-year-old emerging on Thursday night, varying from the deal being done (SportItalia) to it being just a few steps away (Di Marzio).
Milan have already signed the likes of Franck Kessié, Mateo Musacchio, Fabio Borini, Ricardo Rodriguez and Andre Silva. Conti has been a target for the last few weeks, and now it appears that a deal may finally be close.
The Atalanta defender and his agent have always maintained their desire for Conti to join AC Milan and the San Siro club are finally very close to agreeing a fee with La Dea.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan could include a Primavera player in part exchange, or also possibly a sell-on percentage should Conti move on to another club.
Calciomercato.com state: “The player has been informed that he could be due to have his medical with AC Milan on Monday” at La Madonnina clinic.
