CM: Milan must battle three other big teams for Croatian youngster

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan must fend off competition from Barcelona, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain if they are to sign Croatian youngster Luka Vuskovic from Hajduk Split in the near future, a report claims.

As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, there is plenty of growing interest from some of the wealthiest clubs in Europe in Vuskovic.

The 16-year-old centre-back has been really impressing with Hajduk Split’s Under-19 side and that has led many scouts to pay close attention to him with an eye to taking him to a bigger club and league.

Hajduk Split’s youth side have made it into the quarter-finals of the UEFA Youth League which is why he has gained so much international attention, especially given he is younger than most of the players in that tournament.

He may well get the chance to face Borussia Dortmund in the next round, having played in four of their games so far in the Youth League.
