AC Milan are in the running to sign Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna but it will take a sizeable economic investment to bring him in, according to one journalist.
According to Alfredo Pedullà (via Radio Rossonera), Milan are that club that are the most interested in Zirkzee, rather than Juventus. However, Bologna’s demands are very high, just as those of his agent Kia Joorabchian are too.
He claims that it will cost around €65-70m to sign Zirkzee this summer, while the salary request presented by the agent is €5m net per season or more, with bonuses on top of that.
Milan, however, do have a stronger interest than Inter and Juventus. He states that the Rossoneri have been the ‘most active’ in their mission to sign him, while Inter appreciate him a lot but it is very difficult to think of them investing that amount to make a new striker.
Meanwhile, Juventus intend to move forward with Dusan Vlahovic and concentrate on the other roles. Pedulla adds that ‘a lot of money is needed’ to sign the former Bayern Munich man, so it remains to be seen whether Milan can put together the kind of package needed to surpass the competition.
There is no way managment spends 70mil on ST. We had around 60mil budget last season when we made CL semis(and Tonali sale). So, if no big stars are gone(and Furlani said that core players will stay) then there is virtually no way we sign him. And I would much rather go for Gimenez then him, unless Bologna is willing to take saelemakers and go like 40ish mil cash

I suspect Milan might add kjaer or kalulu(or maybe Luka Jovic) and Saelemakers to get this through.
Kalulu should be around 15-25
Saelemakers should be around 18 – 28
Jovic around 10 – 15
If we can get 35 – 45 from 2 of this players we can Atleast get the remaining 25-30 to complete the deal

DiMarzo is reporting Zirkzee to Juve is pretty much done just like Motta – which explains why we are now considering Fonseca (because there is no guarantee Conceiciao will be let out of his contract).
