FI: Premier League side ready to make move for Milan striker

Premier League side Fulham are one of the teams that are ready to make a move for Olivier Giroud if he cannot agree on a new deal with AC Milan, a report claims.

As has been reported by Football Insider, the West London club are one of many that are aware of the situation developing in Milan.

There has been no suggestion from either the club or the player that there is going to be an issue with the renewal, but the fact that no deal has been announced yet has put Fulham, Brentford, West Ham United and Crystal Palace on alert.

The 36-year-old is thought to be open to the idea of returning to London having played for Arsenal and Chelsea in the past. As said, though, his priority is still to renew the deal with Milan which runs out at the end of this season.

He has scored 11 times for the club this season.

  1. Going from winning league, playing champions league to play for bottom/Mid table team in much higher pace environment…. I really don’t think so

    1. Doesn’t make any sense. I highly doubt Giroud wants to end his career in a lower-table team just to earn a couple of mils more. He has earned enough to “get by” regardless.
