It is no secret that Milan are looking to sign a playmaker this summer and De Ketelaere is the number one target, but after initial progress it seems that things have slowed down with Brugge putting up some resistance, despite the fact the player is currently being left out of their games.
According to what La Repubblica (via MilanNews) are reporting this morning, Milan presented an offer to the Belgian champions worth €30m as a fixed amount with €5m in potential bonsues plus a percentage on the proceeds from a possible resale.
This is a proposal not far from the €40m that Brugge are asking for, but the offer has a deadline as the Rossoneri want a definitive answer either tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest, because they simply cannot wait forever.
