Calabria: “It will be a long process, but we are happy”

Davide Calabria, interviewed by Milan TV, expressed his feelings about the upcoming season, convinced of the Giampaolo’s methods.

On his condition: “I managed to recover in time for the pre-season camp and I’m very happy about this. It was something that I wanted a lot, to start immediately with the manager, and with the medical staff we succeded.”

On Giampaolo: “He is very careful in every way, he studies the offensive and defensive aspect. We are working on our precision, and in the friendlies we have improved as a team. We are happy, the manager is happy, but it will be a long process.”

On the objectives: “I want to prove what I showed last year, even though I can do much more. The team’s goal always comes first, though. We want to get to the Champions League this time out.”

About being a veteran: “We are all young, I have been on the team for a few years, I’m almost one of the oldest (laughs.) By now, Milanello has become a family for me.”

On Leao and Duarte: “They have just arrived, let’s not judge them. They are good guys and very helpful, time will speak for them.”
