CorSera: Ibrahimovic determined to qualify for the World Cup with Sweden

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is currently on international duty with Sweden and they will face Poland on Tuesday in the play-off final for the World Cup. And the striker’s will leaves a big hint about the future.

As stated by today’s edition of Corriere Della Sera (via MilanNews), Ibrahimovic is determined to qualify for the World Cup with Sweden. The tournament will take place between November and December and by then, the striker will be 41.

It would be a great achievement for him to play at such a high level at that age, which also leads you to believe that he will renew with Milan for one more season. And on Tuesday, the situation will be determined.

Ibrahimovic was suspended for Sweden’s semi-final clash against the Czech Republic but his side managed to win anyway after extra-time. He should get some minutes against Poland but he won’t play from the first minute.
