AC Milan do not have much time to enjoy the 3-1 win over Club Brugge as preparations for the trip to face Bologna began at Milanello, with news on some injured players.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, there is both good and bad news for the head coach Paulo Fonseca to digest. The good news is that captain Davide Calabria should return to training with the rest of the squad tomorrow and therefore will be available for Saturday’s game.

The opposite is true for both Tammy Abraham and Luka Jovic. Today the two continued their treatments for their respective shoulder and back problems, and it can already be confirmed that they will miss the match at the Stadio Renato dall’Ara.

What does the news mean? On the plus side there will now be competition for the right-back spot, one that Emerson Royal has held for the last few weeks without contention due to Calabria’s absence, offering performances that have been mixed to say the least.

Then, in terms of forward options, it will almost certainly mean that Francesco Camarda is involved on Saturday. He came on during the victory last night and was close to becoming the youngest ever UCL goal scorer, and given the lack of a back-up to Morata the 16-year-old should be summoned again.
