Di Marzio: Milan have had ‘no contact’ with Dybala who ‘will not wait’ for Inter

Paulo Dybala has been heavily linked with the black and blue side of Milano in the last few weeks. However, the negotiations have seemingly stalled and AC Milan have been mentioned as an option for the Argentine.

Speaking about the rumours live on Sky Italia last night, as cited by MilanNews, Gianluca Di Marzio shared some updates regarding the Dybala-Inter negotiations. He also shared some details on the alleged Milan interest.

“Dybala will not wait forever for Inter’s decision and therefore, with his agent, he will begin to look around. He has had no direct contact with Milan and Roma. The player will probably have to lower his salary demands,” he stated.

For the attacking-midfield role, the Rossoneri have been linked mainly with Club Brugge Charles De Ketelaere. That situation heavily depends on the price tag and the spending power that Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara will have this summer.

Given that it’s a free transfer, it would be hard to say no to Dybala but as you could have guessed, his wage demands are quite high. That needs to change for Milan to make a move, most likely, but nothing can be ruled out.
