Rather remarkably, the situation between AC Milan and Corinthians regarding the deal for André remains deadlocked.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, talks between the clubs over André are at a standstill and the approval of the president of the Brazilian side is missing. Things first hit a wall on Monday and as of now there has still been no movement.
The president of Corinthians stepped in when things were close to being completed, and he to refuse to give his approval to the Rossoneri who had already reached an agreement with the rest of the management to signed him.
An agreement has already been reached with the player over personal terms too, who wants to join Milan. Meanwhile, the Diavolo are continuing to evaluate whether to approach FIFA to try to resolve the situation.
They had shaken hands with Corinthians on the basis of a fixed fee of €15m plus €2m in potential bonuses for 70% of the player’s economic rights, with the player himself owning the remaining 30%, lessening the complications.
At this point, it seems that Milan have three options: to stand firm on things and potentially go to FIFA, to walk away entirely over the handling of the situation, or to raise their offer and get the green light.
