GdS: Probable XIs for Milan vs. Torino – Pioli makes current hierarchy clear

AC Milan are currently gearing up to take on Torino in front of a sold-out San Siro this evening. After the 2-0 win in the opener, Stefano Pioli is not expected to make any changes to the starting XI.

The Rossoneri started the season in the best way possible with a comfortable win and a clean sheet as well. The new signings impressed and although the new tactics still need work, one can understand why Pioli won’t make any changes for tonight’s game.

As reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below), the eleven will remain unchanged and this means that Christian Pulisic will start on the right once again. Olivier Giroud was questioned in pre-season but responded in the best way against Bologna, hoping to score again today.

Samuel Chukwueze will likely make an appearance off the bench and the same goes for Yunus Musah, who was suspended last time out. In short, the manager now has depth that he hasn’t had since he took over the club.

Probable Milan XI (4-3-3): Maignan; Calabria, Thiaw, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Loftus-Cheek, Krunic, Reijnders; Pulisic, Giroud, Leao.

Probable Torino XI (3-4-2-1): Milinkovic-Savic; Schuurs, Buongiorno, Rodriguez; Bellanova, Ricci, Ilic, Vojvoda; Vlasic, Radonjic; Sanabria.
