Sky: Final green light missing for Milan midfielder to complete deadline day move

It looked as though Tiemoue Bakayoko would finally be leaving AC Milan as reports spread that a move to Cremonese was on the cards, but rather predictably things have slowed down.

According to Di Marzio (via MilanNews), Bakayoko is convinced by the idea of joining Cremonese as he wants to stay in Serie A and would prefer to move there until June than stay at Milan where he is yet to play a game this season.

The negotiation has slowed down however, because Cremonese’s president Arvedi has not yet given the definitive green light to complete the operation, which perhaps suggests he has some concerns about it.
