AC Milan are pushing to sign Ardon Jashari from Club Brugge and further positive talks took place on Monday, a report claims.
Milan have been working for some time to sign Jashari and it is believed that at present they are waiting for a response from Club Brugge on their latest offer. The Swiss midfielder did not travel for a friendly against Rangers over the weekend, fuelling the idea that the move is imminent.

Further positive talks
According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are ‘getting closer and closer’ to signing Jashari. They are in constant contact to reach a total understanding and close the deal with a positive outcome, as Igli Tare said.
In the past few days the Rossoneri management had sent a bid to Brugge which was a second official offer for the Swiss midfielder: a package of €35m, when factoring in the fixed part and easily reachable bonuses.
New positive discussions have taken place in the last few hours. The figures of the deal remain those of the last offer sent by Milan: €32.5m fixed base, plus €2.5m in bonuses, to reach a maximum of €38m with the bonuses that are difficult to reach.
It is a significant sum, but one that Milan intend to spend on a player who was the league MVP last season. Jashari’s arrival at the Rossoneri is ‘ever closer’ and ‘only the last details are missing to conclude a negotiation that began several months ago’.
The 22-year-old already has a full agreement for a five-year contract (four plus an option) with the Diavolo worth €3m net per year. He is only waiting for the green light to join Milan and Max Allegri.
Hope he’s worth it if we do get him. That’s quite a fee.

So you’re saying that instead of TRYING to lower the price, you just walk in a plop down a bag with their asking price right off the bat? At least it’s July 7, not August 7. We’re getting our man and some people still complain!
Well, what I feel is knowing that Brugge are tough negotiators and we are chasing their most valuable asset maybe starting more 28 was not a good idea, maybe we could have started from 30 plus bonuses to get 33…then 33 base plus bonuses to 35-36 or 37…that way maybe negotiations that needed 3 offers could have been done in 2. So Jashari could have arrived slightly faster. Now if he arrives in next days, could have arrived by now or in next 1-2 days.
If it was up to you, you would have negotiated up to 45 million lol

We had big problems in connecting the game between the defense and the midfield! That why we had to have a goalkeeper who knows with his feet, and that is why there were so many returning the ball and so many cracked balls from Mike forward in the direction to Leao or Pulisic. Not because we wanted to do it, than we had to play that way.
Yh it sucks but now with Modric I know things will change. Also Jashari I believe has the potential to be even better than Rjinders cause he is so good in Defence too and way faster

First of all I am verbally happy that Milan is finally spending some money in the transfer market. However I do not understand how we will be able to fund the rest of the mercato after spending all the reijnders money on 2 midfielders. Seeing how Milan sell players in one position to use the money to buy a replacement, how will we fund the purchase of a 15-25 million player for rb when we don’t have a rb and we don’t have ucl money
