Marca: Brahim Diaz still holds Real Madrid dream despite Milan plotting €30m move

AC Milan want to sign Brahim Diaz on a permanent deal from Real Madrid but the asking price is higher than expected, a report claims.

According to what is being reported by Marca, the Brahim Diaz case must be resolved in the coming weeks given that his loan deal expires at the end of the season and he has a contract with Real Madrid until 2025.

Both the player and Real Madrid are optimistic about the idea that he could have a future with Los Blancos but, on the other hand, Milan will also make efforts to try to buy the player for a figure that would be closer to €30m than €25m.

Paolo Maldini, has already let the LaLiga club know that they want the Spaniard on a permanent deal, but a lot depends on Carlo Ancelotti’s plans and the player’s will. Brahim’s main desire is to succeed one day at Real Madrid and in the national team, but at Real he is unlikely to have a starting spot.

Brahim’s gent and father Sufiel has a pending meeting with Madrid to find out their vision for the future of his son, who in 31 games in Serie A has six goals and six assists.
