Mediaset: Milan rocked as Raiola counters Donnarumma offer by making huge requests

AC Milan and Mino Raiola still do not see eye to eye on the renewal of Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to a report.

SportMediaset (via MilanLive) are reporting that Paolo Maldini, Ivan Gazidis and the rest of the management consider Donnarumma to be a pillar of the project are even willing to smash their internal salary cap in order to keep him.

There is a proposed agreement that provides for a bonus up to €1million for each season that Milan will play in the Champions League, for a duration of five seasons, which would keep away foreign clubs who might be tempted to offer a huge deal.

However, Mino Raiola has a totally different idea as he wants a €10million per year deal for only two seasons, which is something which has rocked the management despite the player’s wll to stay.

Not only is it a worry because of the instant pay hike he would receive, but also because the implication is that Raiola would take advantage of the economic recovery foreseen in two years in order to earn even more money for its client when negotiating another extension.
