AC Milan want Charles De Ketelaere to join up with the rest of the squad ahead of the trip to Hungary at the weekend, according to a report.
Claudio Raimondi reported for SportMediaset (via MilanNews) that today could be a big day in the De Ketelaere pursuit as Milan’s offer has now been raised to €30m as a fixed amount plus €5m in potential bonuses.
Club Brugge are asking for €37m but it is described as a ‘minimal resistance’ with the Belgian champions now perhaps resigned to losing the 21-year-old, and it is expected that the deal will be complicated either tonight or tomorrow.
On Saturday Milan will leave for the tour of Hungary and Austria, starting with a game against Zalaegerszegi TE on Saturday and they want to have the player available for the trip if they can get everything over the line in a suitable time, the report adds.
