Bondo has just returned from a year-long loan at Cremonese, but he has been told to train away from the first team because he is not a part of Ruben Amorim’s plans. While there has been talk of interest from Germany, the chance to remain in Italy could present itself.
Udinese in for Bondo
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio for Sky (via MilanVibes), Udinese are interested in Bondo after selling Arthur Atta to Fiorentina. In a meeting with his agents earlier this month, the Milan management stated that Bondo will not be part of next season’s squad.
The biggest obstacle for Udinese in the negotiations for Bondo is the cost. The midfielder’s price tag is around €7.5-8m, while the former Monza player’s salary is around €1m. However, Atta’s departure netted them a figure that could exceed €40m with bonuses, so they have the money to spend.
As mentioned, Bondo played on loan at Cremonese last season, who were relegated. He joined Milan in the 2025 winter window but made only five appearances for the Rossoneri (four in Serie A and one in the Coppa Italia) in six months under Sergio Conceicao.
In total, he made 28 appearances for the Cremonese (27 in Serie A and 1 in the Coppa Italia). The 23-year-old was a regular starter in the first half of the season, only to play less and less in the second half of the season.
