No decision will be passed down on Wednesday evening in regard to Juventus’ 15-point penalty which could still be revoked, affecting AC Milan’s chances of finishing in the top four.

As has been reported by Sky Sport (via Milan News), it was expected that an announcement would be made on Wednesday evening to say whether Juventus’ points penalty would be upheld or revoked.
If they do get the points back, the Bianconeri will immediately move to 59 points, placing them in third place in the Serie A table.
That would move Milan out of the top four and into fifth place as it stands, and Juventus would be six points ahead of the Rossoneri.
The Council Chamber is set to meet on Thursday night instead and that could be followed by an announcement on what will happen in regards to their alleged capital gains violations.
The entire Juventus board resigned earlier in the season after the charges became public.
