No decision will be passed down on Wednesday evening in regard to Juventus’ 15-point penalty which could still be revoked, affecting AC Milan’s chances of finishing in the top four.
As has been reported by Sky Sport (via Milan News), it was expected that an announcement would be made on Wednesday evening to say whether Juventus’ points penalty would be upheld or revoked.
If they do get the points back, the Bianconeri will immediately move to 59 points, placing them in third place in the Serie A table.
That would move Milan out of the top four and into fifth place as it stands, and Juventus would be six points ahead of the Rossoneri.
The Council Chamber is set to meet on Thursday night instead and that could be followed by an announcement on what will happen in regards to their alleged capital gains violations.
The entire Juventus board resigned earlier in the season after the charges became public.

If they give those 15 points back to Juventus, then the whole season will be irregular, because those teams who fight for Top 4 and a place in champions league would have played in a different way against all other clubs if the Juventus was there in the competition for CL post. But the penalty that was imposed on Juventus, and those 15 points that were deducted from them, fooled everyone. And now suddenly if they give those 15 points back to Juventus, those clubs are out of Champions League. That would be a serious blow to other clubs who played fair and a huge reward to Juventus – the club that was cheating and stealing!? That’s not a serious thing to do. Serie A is not a joke. You can’t just deduct 15 points to somebody and then after 15 games make a decision to give those points back. That’s total BS.

The plusvalenza thing is tough to prove, but there is no way Arthur and Pjanic were worth 80m. But again, inflated valuations are tough to prove. BUT, saying you are not paying four months of wages and then paying them under the table IS financial fraud😁😁😁. Juve still have that investigation and the so-called “Prisma” investigation ongoing. The hearing for Prisma is on May 10.

Basically we fight with Roma and Inter for one spot. It will be very difficult, every single point will mater, every remaining game is a final, virtually no room for error. We might have to win every single remaining game, literally.

This is where all those dropped points against small teams can come back to bite us. Pioli does well against stronger teams but he can’t break down smaller teams that sit back. Since we can only score goals on the counter attack, Getting points vs juve, Roma and Lazio would be easier than getting points vs teams who will sit back.

I hope u all understand what missing UCL would mean for the team, project and further. But, on the otherhand, why beeing that stupid (from Baka to Origi) should not have any effects? Luka Sucic, Karim Konate, Roco Simic (born in Milano) Kjaergaard or Hojlund all from Austrian league (might be the only affordable for milan) would have helped so much more then M&M decisions to go for two 28 year old grand fathers. Recca, check the schedule again. Between us, Roma and Inter we definitely have the most difficult final 8 games. To guarantee 4th place in the event Juventus gets all 15 points back we need to basically win out, as if Roma win 7 of their last 8 (minus their loss to us) we’d be level with them on points for fourth, but owning the tie-breaker. With games against Roma, a barnstorming Lazio, a reenergized Juventus and bunch of small teams the squad might not care about since they’re all in for the CL, it would be a miracle if we finished 4th.
