AC Milan retain an interest in signing Porto striker Mehdi Taremi and his exploits at the World Cup so far stand have certainly not cooled it.
According to Calciomercato.it, Taremi was wanted by Milan last summer, but in the end things did not go beyond a simple first enquiry, due to the high asking price Porto set. However, his deal runs out in 2024 and the Lusitanian club are pushing to extend the agreement, but a deal has not yet been reached.

On topic. Taremi isn’t old. Both Giroud and Zlatan have contributed in incredible ways even att ages way beyond Taremi. If Maldini deems him good enough, who are we to judge. I have only seen him in the game against England so I can’t really say anyhing about him or how he would fit Milan. Stats can be deceiving so so who knows if he would be a good fit.
I don’t have anything against Maldini but let’s be fair that all transfers last summer were sh*t. We see no new player playing constantly. They could go for Dybala easily and buy Botman instead of CDK but anyways that’s history. Also please don’t compare the cases of Girourd and Ibrahimovic with that of an Iranian guy… show some mercy. Ronaldo would be an excellent addition even at 37. He is still fit and hungry to prove so much. He knows Serie A very well and his transfer would be a huge improvement on the right flank while he can play as a striker too.
