There is a need to rebuild the midfield, and after losing the creative gem Tijjani Reijnders, the club need a ‘deputy’. In a report this morning, it was stated that Guerra could be that for Milan, which is why continuous work is being done.

It seems, though, that there is more than work being done.
A bid to offend
Today, the Spanish newspaper Levante, from Valencia, confirmed that an official bid has arrived from the Rossoneri worth €16 million, with a further €4m available in bonuses. That bid was rejected ‘immediately’, being deemed ‘offensive’ by the Spaniards, as Milan News relays.
Two years ago, the situation would, perhaps, have been different. However, the Valencian paper suggests that there is no pressure to sell, and they do not intend to. If a sale is to occur, it must be on their terms, with his contract situation favourable.
We can also refer to the negotiations for Yunus Musah here, where a similar tactic was deployed. The Diavolo offered €7m less originally, and then made the climb to the appropriate fee. Now, the wall can be raised higher, with no pressure present. If Guerra is to arrive, the offer must be increased.
Maybe they will agree on having Musah back ➕️ 10 Million !!!!!

Why would anyone in their right minds take this management seriously? Have they not learned? Stop sending stupid, ball offers. No one is accepting 10 million under asking price; make a legitimate offer.

Yea but Mike is France’s number one and an established GK. Guerra is a lot of question marks. And we know that Chelsea overpay for everyone. Whereas we’re tightwads.
