AC Milan are in constant contact with the agent of Simon Kjaer about the potential of a contract extension, according to a report.

After an excellent European Championships with Denmark which followed on from a fantastic season with the Rossoneri, the future of Kjaer has begun to become the subject of media discussion given that his current contract is set to expire in 2022.
According to MilanNews, the Milan leadership are convinced of the leadership and importance that Kjaer has shown in the last year and a half, and for this reason – and for his fundamental role on the pitch and in the dressing room – the renewal of the Danish defender’s contract is one of the priorities for Maldini and Massara.
There are constant talks between the management and the player’s agent about the extension of his deal, and the main talking point is the duration of the contract and not so much on the will of the player or the club, which is clear.
