Milan lost at San Siro against Spalletti’s side, so they must win to even the scores.
If Milan were to win narrowly against Napoli (by one goal), it would still be Spalletti’s team who are above as they have a five-goal advantage in terms of overall goal difference. Napoli then would move from +30 to +29, with Milan going from +24 to +25.
