Official: AC Milan vs. Lazio starting XIs – five changes from Cagliari win

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has made multiple changes to his starting line-up for the game against Lazio compared to the team that beat Cagliari in midweek.

There are three alterations to the rearguard with Mike Maignan getting his spot back between the posts replacing Marco Sportiello, while Davide Calabria and Simon Kjaer come into the back four for Alessandro Florenzi and Malick Thiaw.

Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez keep their spots to complete the back four, while the midfield is the only untouched section as Yacine Adli, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Tijjani Reijnders all get the nod.

Olivier Giroud – celebrating his 37th birthday – is back in the front three as is Rafael Leao, with Christian Pulisic completing the attacking trident.
