Pioli discusses ‘concentrated Milan’ and Camarda: “He doesn’t show his age”

Ahead of tonight’s clash between AC Milan and Fiorentina, Stefano Pioli spoke to the media and shared his thoughts on the current situation. He was also asked about Francesco Camarda, who is in the squad tonight.

Camarda is only 15 years old but has been included in the squad tonight as a result of the many absences. He’s the only striker on the bench and it remains to be seen if he will play, depending on the condition of Luka Jovic.

Speaking to Sky Italia ahead of the game, as cited by MilanNews, Pioli shared his thoughts on what is an important clash for Milan. He also spoke about Camarda, stating that the striker isn’t showing his age in his actions.

“It’s a concentrated Milan, aware that we haven’t won for four rounds and that we will do everything to win. Camarda? Looking at him now he doesn’t show his age, he’s serene but we are accompanying him with balance and with a smile suitable for his age,” he stated.

The game is scheduled for 20:45 CET and there will be an impressive 73k at San Siro. Despite the recent form, in other words, the fans are behind this team and will be hoping for an elusive win this evening.
