Rafael Leao is the obvious leader of AC Milan’s attacking department but he is yet to really make a mark in the Champions League thus far.

Tuttosport (via MilanNews) write how Leao has started the Serie A season on a mission to defend his MVP crown with 5 goals and 4 assists to his name already, but the Portuguese winger must make that leap to being consistent in Europe as well.
Leao must also become decisive in the Champions League and tonight he will have a great chance against Dinamo Zagreb, a match that Milan must win at all costs to maintain their dream of reaching the last 16.
On Saturday the former Lille man started the match against Monza from the bench, then came on in the second half and scored the final goal to make it 4-1, so he should be fresh for the game at the Stadion Maksimir.
So far his Champions League tally is just one goal in eight games (last year against Atletico Madrid at San Siro) so Milan clearly expect a greater contribution from someone like him on the biggest stage, starting from tonight.
