Fabio Ravezzani has hit back at Paolo Scaroni’s words about Gerry Cardinale and the ‘magic tough’, stating that the president took it so far once again.

In an interview with TGR Lombardia earlier today, Scaroni confirmed that Milan and Inter will unveil their stadium design to the public in the fall. He also shared his thoughts on Ruben Amorim, who was announced as the new coach on Tuesday
He made it clear that he trusts Cardinale and his ‘magic touch’, with the American having a knack for hiring the right people, in the words of the president. Considering how the last four years have been for Milan, you can definitely oppose that.
Ravezzani says what everyone thinks
When Fabio Ravezzani heard about the comments live on Telelombardia, he responded to Scaroni by saying that once again, he took it too far. Of course the club president needs to back the owner, but going into lies is just too obvious.
“I can understand Paolo Scaroni needing to protect Cardinale a little from the sea of criticism he’s receiving from the Rossoneri fans, but he can’t do it like that.
“Dear Paolo Scaroni, to say that Cardinale has the magic touch, considering these last three years of choices and decisions, is a contradiction that doesn’t hold up.
“What magic touch did Cardinale have? He got rid of a series of people, starting with Maldini, and keeping the worst of them all by his side, Ibra. If this is the magic touch, good luck,” he stated.
