Brescia have requested a counterpart from AC Milan in exchange for more favourable terms on Sandro Tonali’s option to buy, a report claims.

The Rossoneri pulled off a statement signing last summer when they beat competition from numerous clubs to sign Tonali from Brescia on a paid loan with option to buy deal. Numerous sources reported that the structure of the deal is as follows: a €10m loan fee plus a €15m option to buy and €10m in further potential bonuses.
Retaining the midfielder is one of Milan’s primary objectives and while the management consider Tonali an important talent for the future, a number of sources have claimed that Maldini is looking to secure a discount on the potential €35m fee.
According to reports from Bresciaoggi (via MilanLive), the Rondinelle have asked Milan for a counterpart to facilitate the operation: midfielder Marco Brescianini. The young midfielder has had a promising loan spell with Virtus Entella, and could find himself moving to another Lombardy club.
